Data, security and commercial use

Commercial rights
Paid plans include commercial use of the content you generate. The Free plan is for personal use only. You own the content you generate, and the selected model provider’s terms may impose additional restrictions. See our Terms of Service.
A paid plan means a paid subscription. Buying credit packs alone does not count as a paid plan; if you only buy credit packs, the Free plan rules apply.
These rules apply only to content generated on or after the effective date of the updated Terms of Service. Content generated before that date is not affected.
The plan you have when you submit a generation request decides which rules apply to it. Content generated while you had a paid plan can still be used commercially after your subscription ends, and so can content generated with credit packs bought before the effective date.

What is AI for agencies?
AI for agencies helps creative teams make images and videos from a client’s brief and product photos. Plykit is an AI image and video generator. Agencies can make product visuals and short videos today; seats & roles, shared workspaces and client review links are coming.
Do you use our data to train AI models?
Provider training terms have not yet been verified for every model. We cannot make a blanket no-training promise. Ask us to confirm the provider, retention and deletion terms for your intended workflow before uploading confidential client assets.
What security controls does Plykit offer teams?
Plykit has not completed a SOC 2 audit. Team roles, shared workspaces and administrator spending controls are coming. We will review your security requirements before setup; do not assume these controls are included today.
How much does a team plan cost?
Team plans are set up with a person, so we quote first. Tell us how many people create, how much you make each month and for how many brands, and we confirm scope, availability and billing before you pay. Prices exclude tax. If you create on your own, see the personal plans. See personal plans

Can clients review and approve videos in Plykit?
Not yet. Client review links and time-based comments are coming. Today, download the files and collect feedback through your own review process. If you need us to make the videos, ask us for a quote. Ask us for a quote
Can we keep each client’s brand kit separate?
You can save brand kits per account today. Team sharing is coming, and model support varies. We will confirm the number of kits your workflow needs during setup; a per-plan kit limit is not yet confirmed. We do not promise that every model uses a saved kit.
