“Puppy's Big Day” — a 10-illustration coloring demo

One golden retriever puppy across 10 demo illustrations. Try a 3-page sample, then use the character and scenes to start your own book.

Puppy's Big Day cover

Follow a puppy with a bandana through 10 everyday scenes. These are existing AI-generated illustrations: compare the face, paws and bandana on every page before using your own output in a book.

  • 10 distinct demo illustrations, shown below
  • An archived puppy reference to compare with these scenes
  • Cover artwork concept; final wrap depends on the finished interior
  • 3-page trial PDF, 8.5 × 11 inches; not a complete paperback

Opening the dog preset does not generate images or spend credits. Review and edit it first; generation uses the credits displayed in the maker.

What to check across these ten illustrations

Archived puppy reference for comparison

Compare the archived puppy reference with the gallery above. Ears and a patterned bandana recur, while poses, proportions and small details change. This is an example to inspect, not a test proving how much a reference improves consistency.

The recorded character description is: A playful golden retriever puppy wearing a small bandana, big friendly eyes, cute round face. The button below prepares this text and ten scenes; it does not import the archived reference.

  • Ball scene (1): compare the face, mouth and body pose with the reference.
  • Sleeping scene (3): closed eyes and the blanket hide some features you might otherwise compare.
  • Kite and digging scenes (6 and 9): decide whether upright poses and a paw holding an object fit your character.
  • Wagon scene (8): inspect the head-to-body proportions, front paws and bandana pattern.

Review your own images

  1. Choose which features matter and keep your permitted reference visible while reviewing.
  2. Prepare scenes and choose your character in the maker before explicitly starting generation.
  3. Keep a result only when it meets your intended use. A single useful image is a valid outcome; a book needs the whole set checked.
  4. For a correction, open the reference editor, choose Edit references and describe what to change. For example, ask to revise the paw holding the shovel while keeping the round face and bandana. This is a suggested edit, not an edit already performed on this demo. Each new edit uses the displayed credits.
  5. Review the result again. Prepare a cover only after choosing the interior and final print settings; inspect text, artwork and dimensions.

These archived images are not evidence of GPT Image 2 performance. The gallery and reference show what you can inspect here; the three-page sample below is for checking line art and trying a print, not a publication file.

What is included — and what still needs finishing

10-illustration demo
The gallery shows 10 distinct puppy illustrations plus cover artwork.
3-page trial sample
The email download below contains three of those illustrations, not all 10 and not a complete publishing package. Use it to inspect the lines and try a test print.
A complete paperback package
Needs a finished interior and a matching wrap cover. KDP black-ink paperbacks require at least 24 physical pages. Plan useful content and intentional page backs; do not repeat illustrations or add filler just to reach the minimum. Choose trim, paper and bleed before calculating the final cover.

The existing demo is not an Amazon-approved or complete KDP paperback. A PDF rasterized at 300 DPI does not by itself prove that the source artwork has enough detail for full-page printing. Inspect every page, use KDP Print Previewer and check a physical proof.
