Welcome to Plykit, a Visual Production OS for ecommerce sellers, content creators, indie makers, and marketing teams. (Plykit was previously operated under the brands "Nano Banana 2" and "Nanowow"; the same accounts, subscriptions, and history carry over to plykit.ai.) By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.
Plykit provides users with AI-powered visual production services, including image generation, image editing, video generation, background removal, image upscaling, and related tools. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
All content provided through Plykit, including but not limited to platform infrastructure, user interfaces, and proprietary tooling, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of the Plykit platform is Plykit.

The rules in this section apply only to content generated on or after the effective date and time stated above. This section does not change the rights that apply to content generated before that date and time.
For this section, a paid plan means a paid subscription. Buying credit packs without a paid subscription does not count as a paid plan; the Free plan rules apply in that case.
Paid plans include commercial use of the content you generate. The Free plan is for personal use only.
Which rules apply depends on your plan at the time you submit the generation request. Content generated while you had a paid plan can still be used commercially after your subscription ends.
If you bought a credit pack before the effective date, you may keep using content generated with those credits commercially.
As between you and Plykit, you own the content you generate. The selected model provider’s terms may impose additional restrictions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plykit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to issues with AI-generated content quality or accuracy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plykit, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plykit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The Commercial Use and Personal Use section takes effect at the date and time stated in that section; other changes take effect when posted on this website. Your continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
